Garo has been a pivotal figure in Bulgaria's electronic music scene for the past decade. As the booker and curator of renowned clubs and events, he established Sofia as a must-visit destination for ardent music enthusiasts. Additionally, he served as a long-time resident and booker for the famous Meadows in the Mountains Festival. 

Having called Berlin home for over ten years, Garo is a well-recognized face in underground music circles. He is also the driving force behind his event, ДРОБ, hosted at Berlin's iconic Renate venue.

His dedication and tireless commitment to unearthing hidden musical gems have equipped him with the coveted skill of seamlessly blending vintage classics with contemporary sounds. When behind the decks, he leans towards acid-tinged, electro, and leftfield cuts, showcasing his innate talent for discovering eclectic and boundary-pushing tracks. This passion for diverse music led to the creation of his record label, DigBig Records, in 2021. Known for his ever-present wide grin, Garo's infectious positivity and charming personality, combined with his remarkable ability to select cerebral and finely crafted records, have quietly earned him the respect and admiration of more established peers in the music industry

Nobody owns time. Some people, like Shjva, can, however, make it warble. Through the ebb and flow of hyper-immersive dub techno, low-swung goa sound & almost jazzy, blue after-hour sounds, she channels the aura of spaces that she subsequently makes her own.

Originating from post-industrial zones in Lutsk,Western Ukraine, she curates ecstatic nights with the vibrant community of Warsaw, akin to the slo-mo selectors of London’s scene. Her experiences, amid the war-induced anxiety of living in transitionary places, resonate deeply, as evidenced in her EP for Brutaż. Shjva’s music juxtaposes an emotionally charged microhistory against a wider continuum. Employing familiar yet subtly subverted tropes, she introduces nuanced changes in groove and progression - a hallmark particularly noticeable in live performances and collaborations with Volodymyr Gnatenko (Turbinaria) and Stereometrix (PLAN). That way, her sonic palette slowly morphs & it becomes less and less clear whether her goal is to document a very specific moment in time or is meant to disrupt it entirely.

Shjva

In the year 2023, Turbinaria emerged as an effect of the impermanence that defines the world around us. Guided by fluid sounds, Shjva and Volodymyr Gnatenko intertwine their visions in order to find meaning within the fleeting nature of sound existence. Their sonic creations serve as a metaphor for interconnectedness that underpins all life forms, being the essence of a delicate matrix of existence.

Volodymyr Gnatenko embarked on his musical journey with a pivotal gift from his father — a Roland FR-3x electric accordion, which ignited his venture into electronic music. Now at the age of 26, hailing from Lutsk, Ukraine, he has emerged as a prodigious producer with a series of celebrated releases on renowned labels like Where We Met and Animals on Psychedelics.

His latest opus, the mesmerising "Rainalice" LP, released under the banner of Kalahari Oyster Cult, encapsulates the essence of his captivating live performances and previous EPs. Meet Aggelos Baltas, a seasoned Athenian music producer whose artistic journey extends over 15 years of creative exploration. Under his project Anatolian Weapons, he's earned widespread acclaim both locally and internationally for his daring fusion of diverse musical styles and influences. His sonic palette spans a broad spectrum of psychedelic and global dance music, making him a true maven of music diversity. Aggelos holds the position of resident DJ at pivotal venues like Astron Bar and Bios in his hometown where his eclectic sets leave a lasting impression. Beyond Athens, his musical prowess takes him to clubs across Europe while his mixes for reputable platforms and labels like Digital Tsunami, Knekelhuis, Les Yeux Orange, and Sameheads continue to garner recognition. He's a sought-after remixer, tirelessly breathing new life into tracks through his edits, reworks, and fruitful collaborations.
